I original comic is licensed under the creative commons 2.0 license (see http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/2.5/ ).  I attributed this derivative work to the original author and linked to the original page.  As long as I’m not selling this image AND I’m linking to it and attributing the work to the original author, we’re 100% fine.
